Description and Prices
It is an old water mill that has been completely restored. Located on the banks of the Sèvre Niortaise, in a little wooded valley. The "gite" is completely independent, and is located just a kilometer from the town center of La Crèche, and on the domain of the owners. The "Moulin" has a capacity of 6 persons. You will be able to enjoy 4000 m2 of lush green landscape, partially shaded, not enclosed, and away from the main roads. The "gite" has two terrasses, oriented South and West.
 
The "Moulin de l'Isle" provides: a canoe; a "barque maraîchine" or flat bottom fishing boat, for those who wish to try "pigouille"; and two bicycles.

Dining Room
Living room with fireplace; Firewood is provided.
 
1st Floor :
Room n°1 : 1 bed 2 persons.
Room n° 2 : 2 beds 1 person.
Room n° 3 : 2 beds 1 person, ensuite with wahsroom (shower and Toilet)
Independent washroom with shower and toilet.
Equipment : Old Furniture Poitevin Style, 7 electric heaters

Restrictions :
Although animals are welcome, they are not allowed to go upstairs into the bedrooms.
Keep in mind that the "gite" is by a river. For this reason we do not recommend children under 7 years of age.
